SHIPPING INFORMATION

All efforts will be made to ship orders received at WotcoTools.com by 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day. All efforts will be made to ship orders received after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. We ship most of our orders using United Parcel Service, however if the product you order requires a truck shipment because of it's size or weight we will send your order via a major national freight carrier.

***Wotco Tools does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International destinations.

GROUND SHIPMENTS

All efforts will be made to process orders within 48 hours. Orders shipping via standard ground to an address within the 48 Contiguous United States (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or International shipping destinations) will have a shipping and handling charge applied (see table below). Any air shipments, express shipments, hazardous, oversize, or overweight fees are additional.

TRUCK SHIPMENTS

On all orders which require truck shipment please call us for an accurate quote on delivery charges.

*Truck Shipment Lift Gate Charge: Unless you have the means to unload from a semi-trailer truck (via a forklift or loading dock), a lift gate truck will be required. Lift Gate charges are additional to truck shipment charges. These charges approximate $100.00. For the exact amount please call.
